Michele is the president and owner of MCJ Consulting, LLC; a medical meeting and association management firm in the San Francisco Bay area. Her firm has coordinated many Howard H. Steel conferences since 1999. She has more than forty years of experience in the medical education field, during which she developed strong relationships with Steel professionals. For the past twenty years, Michele has also served as the Executive Director for an international orthopaedic society. Her interest in education and to improve patient care is the foundation for her support of the Steel Assembly.
